  One of the best medical centers in the area. Not much waiting and appointments always available and generally appointments easy and effective. Nice location near the beach.

  Very disappointing. Trying to get our family booked in for the flu vaccine and they refuse to take any new patients. I know as a nurse how simple it is to organise a flu vaccine. Our son has severe lung disease and he needs to have it. Their online booking system says they have appointments available today for the flu vaccine. They should update their online profiles to advise people searching for a reliable service that they will not be providing that.

  Verry poor service. 3 days ive rang and 3 days ive sat on hold for 20+ minutes only to wind up not being answered at all..
  For a tiny community such as Bowen this can only come down to compleate laziness..

  Dr Ramy Ibrahim and the team at Queens Beach Medical Center were amazing on my last visit. I know the clinic has been through new changes over the last few months, but with time I can see this is certainly only for the better.

  was not happy how they treated my dad 82 years today he gets Rat tested at home every day did have covid did quarantine and did tablets tested negative and made to stay outside waited only for scripts and to ask about his hip not good customer service and looking after elderly
