  Unprofessional and plain rude to deal with. Would not recommend going through this real estate. The way I was treated by so called property managers was absolutely disgusting.

  So much spam. I've unsubscribed more than once but every few months the e-mails come back. The e-mail address they're sending it to is a government general enquiries e-mail, not even a potential customer.

  Not a good agent to deal with, house was very dirty and we had to spend many hours cleaning before it was satisfactory to move into and then when we left they tried to claim that we left damages which were already there when we moved in. Would not recommend them to anyone.

  I was very unimpressed with this business, the staff were unresponsive, unprofessional and extremely rude to me on the phone. They couldn't answer my questions about the property I was inspecting and they were not at all flexible for arranging a viewing time which made it very difficult for two people with full time jobs to inspect the place. Dealing with this business was very frustrating and it had my partner and I rather unhappy with our decision to move to Bowen. I would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy.
