  From͏ rental to sale.
  Having utilised McCrae Property Group for many years as our rental agents, it was an easy decision when we decided to sell to enlist their expertise in this field. Through the process, Kylie was professional in assessing our property, setting a realistic price point, through to marketing. While we did receive some ‘low ball offers’, Kylie’s resolve, local market knowledge and current turn over rates, provided us with guidance to hold out. We then received that great little message, a decent offer, within our acceptable range and the paperwork started. All the way, the entire team responded to our needs, fixing a couple of things up, right through to settlement.

  We are over the moon with the entire process of listing and selling with Kyli McCrae. From the very beginning she was wonderfully courteous and completely transparent. The marketing was top notch and you could always tell that there was serious care taken at every step of the selling process. She gave wise advice, and every interaction was positive without feeling like we were being sold any dreams. Last but not least, the finishing touches and the wonderful send off we received once our sale settled is something we will remember for a long time. Cannot recommend her and the team highly enough!
