  As long-term property investors we have plenty of experience with real estate agents and property managers. For the last ten years Brendon Baker has been both of those for us. In an industry characterised by questionable behaviours Brendon is a lighthouse of integrity. Brendon consistently applies himself to achieving a very healthy balance between the needs and entitlements of both tenants and landlords. If you are a landlord who is prepared to invest in the retention of quality tenants through appropriate maintenance of your property, or a quality tenant willing to demonstrate respect for your landlords asset then I cannot recommend Brendon highly enough.
  
  In addition to his exceptional property management Brendon represented us in all our sale contracts in Bowen. Brendon managed these sales with the same exceptional professionalism.
  
  I would trust Brendon with my last dollar. That puts him on a very short list!

  After I had sent an email saying I had finalised the account for the rent owed after I broke lease and that I was disappointed by the lack of info and confusion during my exit process.. I thought a private email would be discreet, polite and professional enough. Whilst I was disappointed, I clearly didn't have too much of an issue due to the fact I had just paid the outstanding balance, I received an interestingly nasty phone call from my rental agent, when I answered I was then abused and called all sorts of names, told she had just recently lost family member, how she never gets any nice comments and that my comments have added to her mental health.
  Whilst I sympathized at her loss, her behaviour and the disgusting things she said were in no way acceptable from anyone.
  I asked her to stop speaking to me in that manner several times and told her she was being 'Unprofessional' she then continued to berate me and say I was Unprofessional, a Gutless Coward and apparently my kind think they are better than everyone else. Essentially also having a crack at my job and the people I work with and for..
  This elitist behaviour from this woman was despicable and if she was looking after my property I would be absolutely ashamed and move on..

  Brendon is dedicated, meticulous and very professional. He worked hard to achieve the results we wanted, has great local knowledge and communicated well with frequent updates to keep us informed during the sale of our home. Very honest and transparent, and a pleasure to do business with.
